Patients opt in by visiting our online form at https://dakotagi.com/text-message-sign-up/, entering their mobile number, and voluntarily checking the consent box (unchecked by default, and not required to submit the form). Patients may also opt in in person at our office. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of treatment or any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact our office.
